The call is open for co-chairing future conferences.
Please review the information below and apply.
Instructions for submitting proposals
To submit a proposal for MMiN 2028 or MMiN 2030, please email us with the following:
-
- Conference year (2028, or 2030, or no-preference)
- Names, Job Titles and Institutional Affiliations of a Conference Chair and Co-Chair
- Short list of 2-3 itemised topics/themes you might particularly like to promote at the conference
- Suggested keynote speakers based on the suggested themes
- Suggestion for location (home institution, other institution, or a venue elsewhere to be defined in collaboration with society)
If you’d like to first discuss your ideas with us scientists who lead the Society, please feel free to reach out to either current Society President Dr Stephanie Cragg (University of Oxford), incoming President Parastoo Hashemi (Imperial College London) or 2026 Meeting Chairs Paul Phillips (UW) and Ingo Willuhn (Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience).
Note that this call for proposals is to lead on the scientific program only. Our conference management company, Podium Conferences, can assist with finding the specific venue (e.g., conference centre or hotel) and handle all of the logistical (non-program related) details.
