MMiN 2024 will be held at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine Faculty building. The opening reception will be held at the Carolina Club faculty club.

Welcome to Chapel Hill, NC!

Chapel Hill is home to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the nation’s first state university. A quintessential college town, Chapel Hill is known for its history, performing and visual arts, natural beauty, unique gardens, wonderful museums, fun festivals and exciting college sports.

In the Spring, the Town is quite literally blooming with things to do, see, taste and explore. The conference host, The Carolina Club, is on the campus.  Take a stroll on the beautiful, historic UNC campus or wander along the Battle Park walking trail near the campus edge. Chapel Hill is hopping with sidewalk dining, coffee shops, dessert shops, craft brew pubs, bars, nightlife, live music, and more.  Restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the conference hotels.

Wander Chapel Hill to see dozens of colorful murals. Area attractions include the Carolina Basketball Museum, North Carolina Botanical Garden, Ackland Art Museum and the Morehead Planetarium & Science Center. The Chapel Hill & Orange County Welcome Center is close to all three conference hotels and is located at 308 West Franklin Street.

Getting Here

Chapel Hill is less than 30 minutes from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. In town the Chapel Hill Transit bus system is fare-free.
